I actually replayed Barbie Team Gymnastics recently, and it was honestly just as fun as when I was a kid. The graphics were terrible, of course, and there were moves that I couldn't unlock (I think it must've been DLC) and that drove me crazy.
You're probably remembering being able to play Kira because she's always in the corner giving you encouragement as you do your routines.

The cult ending in Dream Daddy isn't technically playable, but it's in the game files, and you can download something from discord to play it. You can also watch a playthrough on youtube. It's pretty creepy and it kind of explains why there are so many eligible dads in the neighborhood.
There are also two ways you can die in the game, once on a date with Craig, and once on a date with Joseph.

Also YES YURI ON ICE!!! (although speaking of LGBTQIA representation, the tokenism and queer baiting is rather problematic)
